What is Fox Cities Greenways?
Fox Cities Greenways, Inc. (FCGI) is a nonprofit 501(c)3 incorporated in January 1995 and funded by annual membership dues, grants, and donations. The organization formed in response to a growing need for trails and greenspaces in the rapidly developing Fox Cities region of Wisconsin.
WHY GREENWAYS MATTER
Parks, shops, and recreation areas are valuable resources to any community, but accessing them is equally important. Whether it is a path for hiking, trails for biking, or a river for paddling, people need a safe alternative to driving in the Fox Cities.
We develop and protect environmental corridors for future generations; Provide safe travel routes for bikes & pedestrians; Encourage environmental planning and trail development; and Expand recreational opportunities on the Fox Cities Waterways.
