The Greenways board has revamped the application process in an effort to make it more efficient to review but also to create a more standardized process. The goal was to ensure that applicants had clear guidelines and the board has a review process ensuring grants approved meet our mission.

Another goal was to have a separate biannual grant to enable those also applying for DNR or County funds to list Greenways awards as matching dollars to aid in other applications. The Biannual Grant application deadlines are February 1st and August 1st annually. The Pathways Grant runs year-round and does not have a biannual deadline.
